  • Plan, direct, control, and manage sales activities for a defined sector within the focus market.
  • Achieve financial and business objectives through targeted customer acquisition and analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, product line, and marketing to enhance overall knowledge within the field.
  • Define products and development recommendations to expand the portfolio.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities, analyze reasons for lost orders, and propose Marketing initiatives.
  • Provide direction, support, and guidance to the organization and across different regions.
  • Increase the number of Strategic end-users and distributors.
  • Travel within EMEA and occasionally outside of EMEA.

  • Degree in Marketing, Sales or Economy.
  • 3-5 years of broad sales and technical sales experience in related markets.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, positive person with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Good understanding of the local and regional business landscape.
  • Profound understanding of customer satisfaction and profitability of a project.
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office, Google Suite).
  • Proficiency in English must have.
  • Proficiency in German or French preferred.
  • Contract salary from 1000Eur up to 3000Eur.
  • Good sales bonuses and commissions.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • High visibility role with key importance to the organization’s success.
